Beautiful lakefront property and a variety of ways to enjoy it; spacious upper level deck with amazing views, a mid-level deck with even more space and grill and table, a lake level fire pit, and of course, the beautiful dock. We had such a great time and will definitely come back. It easily accommodated our party of eight adults."

Lots of trees and nature sounds. Very relaxing. This place would be great for a home base to enjoy the finger lakes region."

"We have been coming for several years, usually with an event on Seneca Lake. We try to book this property immediately because we love staying here! It’s always perfectly appointed and cozy. A family favorite!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Inside was very clean and welcoming. Our pets enjoyed the stay, also. Our only issue was the amount of overgrowth on the steps and boat house down to the water. It made the stairs down dangerous and very tight. There was a great deal of poison growing in the brush too. It was disappointing because the posted pics made the area and the view from hot tub so open but was not the case. We still had a good stay but the stress of the growth and descent was there."

"This place was such a hidden gem. Property was huge prestine. Very well keep us. The cottage was beyond clean and huge. Very large 2 bedrooms. Loved the outside hot tub, picnic table and chairs were all very comfortable."

"From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into our home away from home. David & Holly had a happy birthday banner hanging in the main room and left a heart shape of rose petals on the master bed as an anniversary surprise! There was a loaf of fresh baked bread in the kitchen and farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Both were so delicious and we enjoyed them each morning for breakfast. There was a little hiccup with the hot tub being at temp upon arrival, and our hosts were gracious to provide...

"Nice cottage & very peaceful area. Could’ve provided a few more every day items like extra kitchen garbage bags and salt/pepper but over all clean & quiet stay. One slightly annoying setting was the bathroom light which went on by a motion sensor. Overall a nice feature, just not at 2am:("

"We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend."

"We enjoyed our stay! Expansive lake views and the sunset was beautiful. Kayaks were fun and plenty of lifejackets. Was easy to enter the lake from the docks. Pride of ownership in the home was evident in the pristine condition and warm welcome. Linens were higher quality and beds were comfortable. Several cute towns nearby with delicious food options and groceries."

"I agree with all the other reviews. A perfect location for my daughters wedding and reception. Only fifteen minutes from the Gazebo on the lake and only five minutes from the hall at Onada Park. I was surprised how large the townhome was....I was not expecting three floors. It worked so well that my daughter had the second floor to herself."
