"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"This was our second time staying at this residence and it did not disappoint. The home is spacious and has all of the household appliances and amenities needed. Be mindful of parking and noise levels when booking this space as street parking is limited and there’sone neighbor who will complain if you’re playing music or talking too loudly. Great place overall and will definitely book again in the future."

"Perfectly acceptable space, though hasn't been deep cleaned in a long time (doesn't bother me, but may bother others). Right next to Little India in Jersey City and easy to get into Manhattan from this location. Property manager was easy to communicate with and reach."

"Condo is on the 5th floor with NO elevator. Only had one bath towel each for 6 days. No hand towels or wash cloths. Dead bugs on the floor. Bathtub drain was clogged and backed up inside the tub of material in the drain. Limited bedding on beds. No window coverings in one bedroom. The 3 of us are in our 60's and one with limited mobility. If you don't mind bugs and carrying your luggage up 5 flights then this is the rental for you."

"The owner took a long time to get to us about early check-in so we wasted a boatload of money on a rental car. Just a few cheap, easy things could be added to be more thoughtful to guests needs.: hooks for towels, shelves, drawers, enough toilet paper, enough paper towels, fix baseboards, etc…it has a nice park across the street, and parking was a plus since we had to get a rental car."
