"We found La Maison extremely convenient midway between Bari airport and our cruise port in Taranto. It is a family establishment, very clean and safe. "A beautifully maintained and furnished bed & breakfast close to the airport and within walking distance to sea. It’s a quiet location with amenities nearby such as restaurants, supermarket etc. The host Francesco was very responsive and provided excellent check-in instructions. I highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Thalassa Bari again. "

"A lovely place to stay! The room is spotless, the lobby is comfortable, and the breakfast is outstanding. The only minor drawback is that you need a taxi or will have to drive to the old town; the distance is too far to be walkable. Front desk staff can readily call a taxi, however -- and to return to the hotel, you just walk to the train station to find a cab."
