“Very clean, modern room in an older building. The Staff was terrific, and being so close to the Vatican and lots of restaurants was ideal.”

“Location location location. You cannot beat it! Such a great local area, you can walk anywhere. Hotel was nice and clean. Front desk wasn’t always staffed, but they answered messages on what’s app so no biggie. Not really any extra amenities, but all the basic stuff worked. Two minutes to piazza navona, so many great spots to eat and shop right outside.”

“False advertising at its finest. The Arcadie Guesthouse is nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It felt more like a low-security prison than a cozy "guesthouse." Unfortunately, when we brought up our concerns with the front desk, Arcadia was defensive in how their pictures online misrepresented reality. They were also unwilling to provide us even a partial-refund for checking out after the first night. We also learned that Arcadia has a hotel AND guesthouse in a very confusing building……
