There's not much in Cosby; however, you are close to Newport, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, etc.I would suggest going to Carvers in Cosby for some of the best sugar-free apple pies, jams/jellies, Amish Butter, and apples. You will not regret it."

"Everything was perfect ! My husband and I loved the quietness of the property. He loved the porch bathtub. We did not take any pictures. The pictures thry show is perfect. The only issue we had when we was leaving our neighbor did not park correctly. We has to back put of the driveway on 4 wheel drive. Its not the owners fault it was the ppls for not reading all the instructions. "
