booked family room, had to pay extra for bed

we made request for extra roll over bed for our 6 year old son. at the check in counter, we were told to pay extra for this bed. but it was a request. so we did not get the bed

Great little resort

Nice little cottages. Not like a big resort which was nice. Very friendly. Would definately stay again. Only negative is that the bed was very hard

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly, only stayed one night but all good. It has a water park next door which was completely empty but you get a free pass. They brought breakfast to my room, which was unexpected but appreciated. Would recommend if you're passing Nonghan and want a cool off at the ...
