Immerse yourself in the heart of Mayenne nature in this cottage bordered by the Erve river, with its pond offering total immersion in a preserved natural environment.
Inside, the charm of the exposed stones, its large bay windows, the fireplace and the glass roof create a warm atmosphere. Full services: beds made, towels provided, optional cleaning, heating and wood included for the fireplace.
Rowing boat available to introduce you to fishing on the 990 m² pond (carp, gudgeon, perch, roach and carp).
Hiking and mountain biking trails 1 km away.
Water activities (Gué de Selle leisure center) 12 km away: swimming and leisure for all. Services and shops in Evron, 8 km away.

Follow the road for 1.9km.
