This first-floor holiday rental comprises an entrance hall, a 16 m² living room with a sofa, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a 20 m² mezzanine with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet. The swimming pool is open year-round but unheated. The advantages of this Mediterranean holiday rental with a swimming pool: a large 12 m² covered terrace with beautiful unobstructed views, a private garage, and access to the swimming pool within the residence. End-of-season cleaning is included.
