Welcome to "Le village C3 215," a thoughtfully renovated 1-room studio of 24 m2 situated on the 1st floor, offering a comfortable and well-organized vacation rental for a maximum capacity of 4 guests, accommodating 2 adults and 2 children. The studio was fully renovated in 2024 and features beautiful furnishings throughout its carefully designed interior. The living area is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping and relaxing space for adults. A dedicated sleeping alcove houses 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal arrangement for younger guests. The studio comprises 1 bedroom configuration across its compact yet functional layout and 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with a ceramic glass hob hotplate, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules available as an extra. Direct access from the studio leads to a roofed terrace of 14 m2, oriented toward both north and west-facing positions, furnished with terrace furniture and offering stunning views of the mountains and golf course.
