Rude staff. First they will give you the worst condition room, if you are shy/adjustable then you wont complain. If you complain, they will say ,it will be fixed tomorrow because no staff available.

"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. "The hotel is good value for money and located in the downtown area of Ulsan city. Good restaurants and pubs are nearby. The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room. "
