This place is in a sketch part of town and there were scary men hanging out in parking lot. Room was totally worn out, drapes coming off wall. Felt very unkept. I waited for 45minutes at the front desk just to leave. The staff member disregarded my question about the status of my room and instead asked my small daughter is she would follow him so he could show her Mickey Mouse, which is very inappropriate. All in all, the staff member never checked the computer to see if my reservation was ready, even though it was after the check in time, he only told me that it probably wouldn’t be ready yet and would get back on his phone. Very unprofessional and I was very disappointed.
