Old World charm oasis next to downtown. I love the night time view of the downtown sky line and how easy it is to get to downtown nightlife.

Nice home with some unfortunate surroundings.
The home was comfortable and clean, and in a perfect location to walk to both the concert we were in town for and many restaurants. Unfortunately, in order to walk to these locations we would have had to walk through several unsafe streets filled with homeless sleeping on the streets. The group did not feel safe navigating the neighborhood after dark which put a bit of a damper on the stay. The home was fine, but we would not have chosen to stay there if we had known about the surrounding area.
