Overall our stay was okay. Stayed with 2 kids there were about 3 pools which was nice to have the option my kids were not able to get on the water slide with their life vests which was very annoying. The check in process was very disturbing as we were already waiting for 30mins the front desk attendant had a Caucasian woman cut in front of us without letting us know the reason. I was so pissed. I needed to talk the manager about it. My kids enjoyed it but I did not feel welcomed

It has everything you need. The kiddies can play the adults can play—it’s fun for everyone! They had outdoor movie screenings, fire pits, etc…it was an impressive hotel and I will def be back and will definitely be recommending it to everyone!

Beds and pillows comfortable. My Teens loved the pool area, water slide , pool DJ, and daily activities. Airport, Seaworld, Belmont Park, and Seacliff area within 10 minutes. Very pet friendly with a nice small park behind the Palm Tower. Rooms with balcony added bonus to enjoying the Resort view. Management was able to act promptly on two separate days where there were pool incidents and taped off the pool area. Bathrooms could use updating. Security needs to supervise who enters the pool area. I Saw adults & children without resort bands. Adults allowing other adults in to pool area. Need more staff to pick up garbage/ restaurant baskets/ towels around pool area on weekends. Lastly, parking in both the building and behind Palm tower is very difficult in the evening. Despite the inconveniences, the important part is that my kids had fun and i would definitely return.

We came for a business trip but brought our toddler and chose this hotel mainly for her. The pool was a big deciding factor. For supposedly a newly renovated property, the main lobby was gorgeous and interesting. But the room, especially the bathroom, was horrendous. Chipping mirror, inch layer of settled dust on the bathroom air vent, horrible chipping bathtub… this needs major attention. The pool was closed on a couple of occasions, which we regretted. Main pain point though was no breakfast included. There is a restaurant on site where you could technically get breakfast but we were told it was expensive during check-in so didn’t bother exploring. Not convenient at all and not much of a resort vibe.
