Great location no hot water

The location of this property is wonderful, it was clean and nicely decorated. There was no hot water our entire stay, which was disappointing.

Location was QUIET yet central - great for a base for walking around Old San Juan (no need for a car). Property is fine as long as you don't wish to cook/eat there - stove didn't seem to work, limited cooking utensils, etc. When we arrived there were not even any mugs (but they did rectify this within a couple of hours!). Bed was comfortable, towels were soft and great, but missing from the shower was soap or shampoo (or even hot water).
