"Great property. This is an old, rambling house set like a grand matron in a beautiful park-like setting. The house is 'venerable', and in need of updates and cleaning. But it's rustic and open to nature. It's huge with 5 different bedrooms and lots of beds. About an hour away from SJ Airport, and downtown SJ, and some sites. But 3 or more hours away from major attractions. So great for large family/friends get togethers, but not necessarily for CR's touristy hot spots."

"Wow! What an absolutely perfect place to stay in the Orosi/Cartago area. The place was immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. "It's a nice house about halfway up one of the mountain roads, but contrary to what you might expect, it isn't really secluded. There are plenty of neighbors and their dogs all around. Overall, it's a fantastic house for the price, and can hold 5-6 people comfortably. The view is fantastic! However, just be aware you absolutely need a 4wd car to get up the disintegrated half pavement half dirt road. "We loved our stay at the Artist Condo in Barrio Dent. The condo was perfect with great space, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room and laundry!
