Hilton Garden Inn Sanliurfa
Room was clean and spacious. There is a pool with jacuzzi downstairs, but small. Breakfast was OK, fruits and salads, bread and jams, omelette station. Located across the street from the Sanliurfa Museum (excellent) and a bus stop where you can catch a bus to Gobekli Tepe. Also near a mall.

Palmyra Boutique Hotel
Very clean, quiet and beautiful hotel. Breakfast was delicious but no meat which I didn’t mind. The only downside was that hot water didn’t work so I had to take a cold shower.

Very close to the old city centre: the main mosque, the castle, the gorgeous Pond of Sacred Fish and oasis-like centre of the town. Views in the morning and evening were wonderful.
