This charming family villa is located in Binibeca, an ideal location to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the sea. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.



The villa has a private pool where you can cool off during the warm summer days. It also has a large garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with family and friends.



Inside, the villa is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi, satellite TV, a safe, an iron, and a separate kitchen with modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker.



The location of the villa is ideal for families, as it is only 2 km from the Binibeca beach and a short distance from supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses and Menorca Airport. It is also well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the island.
