"This was our first family trip to Spain and our family loved the resort. The resort provided all the amenities our family needed, we felt taking care well. It’s so close (walking distance like a five minute walk) to their local three floor shopping mall with a lot more restaurants options. We felt safe and welcoming at the resort. I thank the front desk staff for all their advice (of where to visit locally) and calling us up a taxi and all their assistance. We will definitely comeback again and highly recommend this resort for your family. "

The metro and bus station are also really close. The staff was really friendly and helpful. My kids loved the giant teddy bears lying everywhere. "
