"Arrived at 9.30am after getting off out cruise ship and was able to give us 1 off our rooms straight away which made our day so much easier. Hotel was in a great location and food was nice in the restaurant."

"Everything was very nice: room, staff, amenities. Breakfast was good, planty of choices. The location is not close to the main attractions BUT is 2 minutes of walk for Tronchetto vaporetto that goes straight to the ferry station or San Marco… Very convienent. "

"We had a great time. Frederica was excellent! She gave us some great recommendations on restaurants in the area, Guna in particular. It was so good we went twice! Great food and service. We also went to AI Grill on our last night. Very good too. The only downside was getting directions on the water taxi as we were leaving. Unfortunately took the one as instructed and was the wrong one. A very long ride and fortunately our train was running late and we were able to make it. Not knowing the trains was our fault but maybe a bit more clear picture of which would have been better. "

"Loved the welcoming check-in with Chiara. We liked the cleanliness and the decor. We enjoyed the generous breakfasts with a view of the gondolas going by. Great walkable location close to St. Mark’s Square, the Rialto bridge and a variety of restaurants."
