“spacious and clean property ”

“We loved our stay in Murano, away from the Venice crowds but close enough to enjoy the sights. The property is clean and as advertised. The team was very responsive to our questions, and Dario helped us navigate first to the office and then to the property itself. We are grateful for the wonderful service and exceptional stay in beautiful Murano!”

“This is a great location if you do not want to stay in a crowded area. Easy to use water bus to get around. Quiet at night but does have some early morning noise with grocery store 7:00. Property managers on site and very helpful.”

“The only place we stayed that didn't have a confusing missing item or weird design feature. The TV did not have amy streaming services, but good Italian channels. The living room was large and bright, and everything worked. It even has a dryer, which is unusual in Europe. The property manager wasn't very communicative, as I asked three times if a late checkout was possible, and they didn't respond. They do have a standard message that explains their late checkout is a hallway cupboard you can……

“Giada met us at the water taxi stop and walked with us. She speaks good English. The apartment is located on a quiet and clean street away from the crowds, but close enough to walk anywhere on the island. The apartment is recently renovated and good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The WiFi and TV worked. Washer and two bathrooms were great. Giada gave good dining recommendations, She was quick to respond to our questions. ”

“This was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. The property was very beautiful, clean and had working air conditioning, which was gratefully welcomed in the middle of a August. Murano was much quieter than……

“Only complaint was the bathroom was not on the same floor as the living and bedroom, it was up a short flight of stairs. Not real convienient .”
