Casa Garvey is a beautiful casita in an idyllic setting. Twelve minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza, both far enough yet near enough to the city to be just perfect, set in an attractive development of the Tesuque foothills two miles above Tesuque Village, ten minutes from the Santa Fe Opera. Across from the entrance to the development is the Four Seasons Luxury Resort, Rancho Encantado. The casita has the charm of the classic Santa Fe style, with transformed kitchen and baths. It's wonderfully comfortable in all seasons, with delightful patios to enjoy in the warmer months and Kiva coziness when the weather turns cooler. From the spacious patio take in the gorgeous views of the high desert hills and beautiful mountains. Santa Fe Baldy is in view, and an incredible nighttime sky. Wonderful condo, better than the pictures! This condo is very peaceful, with beautiful views. Very comfortable inside as well. The host has outfitted the condo with everything you might want or need. My wife and I loved our short 3 day visit!

A beautiful to stay

The home outside offers great views and peaceful places to sit to enjoy them. Inside is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being out in a great open space where we also had easy access to Santa Fe. The owner responded to every question in a prompt, helpful, and caring way.

Our stay at the Garvey casita near Santa Fe

The property is just as advertised and pictured on the VRBO website. We stayed three nights. Easy access to Santa Fe square. Do go to the nearby Tesuque village market just down from the property.

Perfect place for Santa Fe visit

Perfect stay amongst the beautiful New Mexico landscapes. Just close enough to everything, yet out in the wide open beauty of NM and just 7 minutes away from charming Tesuque and some great markets and restaurants. Perfect setting and great casita stocked perfectly.

Quiet Retreat in Beautiful New Mexico

If you are looking for a quite location to relax and serve as a base for exploring New Mexico, look no further. The home is a short drive north of Santa Fe so you get the convenience of town along with the peaceful, natural beauty of the area. The home fits the description perfectly and has a well appointed kitchen, heated bathroom floors, fireplaces, and whirlpool. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful stay!

The unit was beautifully appointed in every way - new appliances, dishware, utensils, comfy beds, TVs, washer-dryer. Loved the location which was 15 minutes from the Plaza but in a pristine, quiet setting. Tim was great to communicate with from reservations until the hour we left the unit. Great location and residence

Only 10-15 minutes from downtown Santa Fe, this location is convenient to town but feels like you're far into the countryside. Love the house, the patio, the kitchen, the living areas, etc. We will visit again.

Perfect blend of quiet and city access

We did a family Thanksgiving with our college age children and the property worked perfectly. We needed to check in a day early to avoid bad travel weather and the hosts were more than accommodating. We enjoyed the quiet of the property and the simple access to Santa Fe and its attractions. The kitchen was outfitted very well and fully supported a Thanksgiving meal. We will definitely return should we visit Santa Fe again.

Mesa Encantado “San Felipe” is a truly wonderful retreat just outside of Santa Fe. We had easy access to the city and the many nearby natural wonders (hikes, national monuments). And when we returned to the house, we were able relax either in the beautiful and comfortably appointed house or at the nearby pool. A great place in a great place.
