"This stay was part of a longer multi location stay. Hotel really is excellent for what it offers. Great pool and easy access to the town and the beaches in the area. Breakfast choice was great. You will need a car if you want to go to the beaches. They don’t give free water in the room and you pay for towels for the pool extra, both should be included. They accommodated by gluten free breakfast needs and cooked me warm roles each day. Would recommend staying here if you have a car."

"This resort is beautiful. The grounds are magnificent and the beach is paradise. Clear water and white sand. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a superior room which is standard. It was a little small but we didn’t care. The concierge was very helpful in securing a car for us at hotel. U do need a car anywhere u stay in Sardinia. It is a few minute walk to beach but didn’t mind as we got in our steps in and once u see the beach it doesn’t matter. We visited other 5 star resorts in the area but honestly they were more expensive and the beaches weren’t nearly as nice. It is a very family friendly resort which for us wasn’t the best but it seems Sardinia is very family friendly. My husband was hesitant to book here because he read some negative reviews and I’m so glad I didn’t listen. We loved it and would come back again and again "

"We had a great one night stay at l’aragosta. Massimo greeted us and was super helpful and attentive. It is close to all amenities and has nearby parking."

"Nice hotel, near Cala Brandinchi, it has comfortable cabins well equipped for families, nice staff, specially Cinthia the safeguard, which was really nice with us. Restaurants are nice, 40 min to Olbia and 2 hours to Cala Gonone. The beach hotel is ok, but no so beautiful as other beaches of Sardinia. The good thing is that beach is almost private for hotel guest. Great hotel to go with kids of 4-13 years old"

" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"

"Beautiful location with private beach and lovely gardens. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Short walk into the town where there are restaurants and shops. You can arrange boat trips from the hotel that picks you up in the morning from the hotels own jetty. We also enjoyed playing Padel and courts had a lovely view of the sea. You could also use paddle boards, kayaks and they had free exercise and yoga sessions outside. Walking distance to la cinta beach but you’d need a car if you wanted to explore further. We didn’t want to leave! "

"The place was great! Staff were helpful and friendly. The place was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, Only a short walk to town. Also, it’s in a great location for some amazing beaches. Id say hire a car so you can properly explore the island. "

"Beautiful place but need improve. The gym area it is not for a 5 stars review. It looked completely abandoned. A few machines dated and the only one treadmill does not work. Disaster. The girl at front desk said that we can go to run on the street.. so unbelievable.. the food was not as expected and the breakfast as well .. so limited. Trust me I am from USA the 5 stars hotels comes with an incredible breakfast buffet, this one was cheap ! "
