Our home is the ideal space for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay in Santiago. During your visit, you can enjoy our seasonal pool, open from December to March. We also have a multipurpose room for meetings or activities. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Tobalaba Metro, the Urban Market Tobalaba (MUT), the Costanera Center, and the Metropolitan Park.

The Space:
Our apartment is fully furnished for your comfort, the bedroom is equipped with a double bed with clean sheets, a full bathroom with fresh towels, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite meals and snacks, living room and dining room with a comfortable terrace with a beautiful view of the city.

Guest Access:
You will be able to access all areas of the apartment and common spaces permitted by the community administration.

Las Condes is located in the eastern sector of Santiago de Chile, known for being one of the most modern and developed areas of the city. It is a residential area and has a wide variety of stores, restaurants, parks and tourist attractions. It also stands out for its safety, cleanliness and wide avenues that connect with the rest of the city. It is an attractive option for both tourists and residents looking for an urban and sophisticated lifestyle.

Getting Around:
Santiago is a vibrant city with an extensive public transportation network, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Here are some options for getting around:

Public Transport:

Metro: The Santiago Metro is one of the most efficient ways to get around the city. The metro operates from 6 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 11 PM on weekends and holidays.
Buses: Santiago’s bus system, known as RED Transantiago, complements the metro network. The buses run frequently, and you can use the same Bip! card for both metro and buses.

Taxis and Ride-Sharing:

Taxis: Taxis are readily available throughout Santiago. You can hail one on the street, find them at designated taxi stands, or book one through phone apps.
