We had an amazing stay with our family at the crystal blue. Family apartment was great and spacious,staff were so friendly and helpful. All the basics are provided towels, slippers, blow dryer, toiletries so no need to pack any of these! Also provide complimentary water every day. Kamari is a great location if you don't want to be amongst the business of Fira and Oia. We found the local busses from Kamari really cheap and easy to use to get to Fira and Oia so got to experience everything Santorini has to offer from this lovely base.

Only issue was they did not sallow late check out - previous day reception said 3 hour delay would be possible because of low booking; next day owner they could not give us any time because they were fully booked; so little break in trust - but overall a good hotel

A member of staff met us at our transfer drop point and helped carry our luggage to the hotel. After completing signing in, we were escorted to our room to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. The room was large and we got a complimentary large bottle of water daily. The staff was always available to help with anything we needed or to answer any questions. The food in the restaurant was amazing at every meal. Everyone was very friendly. By far the best hotel stay we have ever had at any hotel we have stayed at!! Next time we are able to get back to Greece, we will definitely book with Crystal Blue!

Santorini Crystal Blue was in a nice location -- right at Kamari beach -- it felt very personal -- service and staff were excellent - very helpful with transportation to the airport -- they printed boarding passes for us - highly recommend

Amazing beachfront experience!
The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Someone came from several blocks away to help with our luggage transfer from taxi to hotel. We had booked excursions already, but next time would definitely book at the hotel - better prices and options. Their beach access and beach chairs are reserved for hotel guests and they offer service on the beach, which made the days very relaxing. They also have a lot of knowledge about the coming and goings of the guests which made us feel safe and taken care of. The manager made rounds to make sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to staying there again!
