I had a great experience staying at Charlie for You Eucaliptos. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Eucaliptos metro station and right next to Shopping Ibirapuera. There are also plenty of amazing restaurants and cafes in the area, which makes it super convenient whether you’re here for work or leisure. The building itself is modern, clean, and secure. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable, with a nice balance of style and functionality. It’s clear that the place is well-maintained. Definitely a great option for anyone looking to stay in one of São Paulo’s best neighborhoods!

Nice stay as usual

Property is walking distance of basically everything, includind a subway station. Apartment has a great view and it's confortable enough, but nothing extraordinary. Only complains are that the door keycode sometimes goes crazy and it takes a little longer to code in and open the door; also the FaceID system to let us in the building wasn't working for Charlie customers which caused delays and constant revalidations to access the building.

This property is on an excellent location. The unit I stayed at needs better cleaning specifically in the bathroom and in the kitchen. maintenance is also needed: the ac in the living room is leaking and that water is coming directly over the sofa. Additionally, the team in charge must ensure to provide the basic things included in the contract, as for example bedding for the # of guests registered. We were three guests and we only received items for two, including towels, blankets, and kitchen forks.

Localização excelente. Ao lado do Shopping Ibirapuera e ainda com uma boa padaria próxima. Para quem quer se deslocar na cidade via metrô, a estação Eucaliptos (Linha 5 Lilás) está ao lado também. Em relação ao quarto, espaço muito bem cuidado e limpo. Vale muito a experiência. Com certeza retornarei a utilizar o serviço.

Ótima localização. Peca em alguns aspectos.

A localização é incrivel, bem ao lado do metrô, a poucos passos do shopping. Tem uma padaria ótima na esquina. Tem um mercadinho dentro. Os únicos pontos negativos foram a questao da manutenção, algumas coisas soltas, e a roupa de cama. Nao tem cobertor suficiente pra uma família de 3 (casal e filho pequeno). Apesar de ter o sofá cama, só tem o cobertor da cama (e é um que nao esquenta tanto assim). O split é inverter, mas não tem função de aquecer. Então, para os dias mais frios, acho que a pessoa tem que se preparar melhor.

Quarto muito confortável, mobília muito bem cuidado, prédio novo e bem seguro, literalmente do lado da estação de metro e em frente ao shopping. Sentimos falta de um melhor atendimento com relação a cobertas, estava muito frio e para 2 pessoas a manta que estava disponível não foi suficiente e nos informaram que não disponibilizam itens extras. No geral é uma estadia de muita qualidade, voltarei mais vezes.

Hospedagem boa, mas já fiquei no mesmo prédio numa acomodação bem melhor, essa além de quase nada de utensílios era pequena ao extremo. O prédio em si é muito bom e bem localizado.

A estadia no geral foi boa. A localização é excelente, mas tem alguns pontos importantes a melhorar: nosso chuveiro só esquentava à noite. Pela manhã, não esquentava de jeito nenhum, nem que esperássemos muito. Isso foi relatado 5x ao sistema Charlie e apesar de falarem que iam verificar, nada foi feito. Passei 8 dias na hospedagem com o mesmo problema. Penso também que, mesmo sendo uma hospedagem diferente de hotel, poderiam ter um sistema de limpeza nos quartos mais eficaz, já que pra estadias longas isso atrapalha um pouco. Fora isso, o apto é excelente, cama confortável, ar condicionado funcionando e nada a reclamar.
