“We stayed for six weeks from the end of January. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious and set in very pleasant grounds. In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool. There is parking outside your door or in the underground car park.The aircon units are cooling/heating, which we were grateful for, because mornings and evenings are cold in winter. “Wir hatten das Apartment für 37 Tage im Zeitraum Oktober/November 2023 gemietet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos via WhatsApp-Nachricht. Der Vermieter kam binnen 20 Minuten und hat uns kurz alles Wissenswerte erklärt: Schlüssel, Gas, Strom, Ausstattung, Einkaufsmarkt, Parkplatz und vieles mehr. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem großen Wohnkomplex mit geschätzt 8 großen Blocks, wobei dieses Haus das kleinste mit 12 Wohnungen war. Die Lage ist im 3. Obergeschoss. Auf dem Dachgeschoss……
