Good stay. There was an issue with the reservation at arrival, but staff found a solution and our stay was good. Beach is within a short walk and there are restaurants and markets in the area.

The hotel was very clean and modern, the young receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Well decorated throughout the property Nice breakfast and also possible to dine and lunch on site. Access to a private beach is also included on the hotel price.

Relaxing and luxurious

Very spacious, modern rooms. Very helpful staff. They have a deal with the sun lounger people at the beach so you do not have to pay.

A wonderful experience!

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience. We had stayed in the deluxe family suite with balcony and sea view. The property was new and the amenities provided were great .We were a little early for the tourist season but the staff made sure we were looked after personally. The staff – Barbara, Dmitiris and Edna were extremely helpful and polite. They suggested some wonderful local places to explore and eat and made our overall stay very memorable. The owner, Mr Erwin, was very hands on during our breakfast time and even made a vegetarian local dish named Byrek for us to savour. The overall breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of fruits, salads and cheese and the staff came up with different options keeping our vegetarian diet in mind. It is a short walk to the bus stop to go to Ksamil or Sarande Boulevard. We would highly recommend the hotel for its staff, location and service!

O Quarto é bom mas com visiblidade para umas ruínas. Um predio completamente degradado e abandonado faz 10 anos. Não existe elevador para o segundo andar está bloqueado, só para o 4 e5 andar. Não confirmei o 3. O pequeno almoço é fraco e paga- se o expesso 1€ como o capuchino 2euros. O cafe servido é impossível de se beber.

Hotel posizionato a pochi kilometri dal centro di Saranda ma vicino a tutte le spiagge e calette più belle da visitare. Personale cortese e disponibile, su tutti il proprietario. Ottimo servizio ristorante con prezzi concorrenziali e chef italiano (una garanzia).

La struttura e carina e la ragazza in reception molto d’aiuto. Le notizie positive sono terminate. Pulizia fatta male e non sempre. Il bagno è stato pulito solo un giorno. Colazione di scarsa qualità e cibo non fresco. Il caffè espresso si paga a parte, ma ce l’hanno detto solo dopo due giorni e dopo averne già bevuti. Quando ho fatto notare che non era scritto e avrebbero potuto dirmelo prima il “direttore” (era sempre seduto al bar) mi ha risposto “L caffè è un extra, ho vissuto in Italia 25 anni e l’ho sempre pagato”. Maleducato e poco informato. Inoltre pagamento solo cash e senza ricevuta. La ragazza sempre presente in reception, se non c’è lei devi cercare il sostituto al bar. Posizione lontana dal centro di Saranda ma utile per andare a Ksamil. Parcheggio interno sempre pieno. Non ci tornerei mai

Le patron est très gentil et serviable. En l’absence de taxi, il nous a lui même amené au centre Ville. Très propre et le service est bon. Seul Bémol, l’hôtel est loin du centre (environ 2,5km) et les taxis sont très peu disponibles en pleine saison.

Ottimo hotel

Struttura nuova e pulita a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia con inclusi ombrellone e lettini. Ottima colazione e personale molto gentile e disponibile a dare una mano quando necessario. Un po’ distante dal centro che è comunque raggiungibile a piedi, ma è l’ideale per stare lontani dalla confusione e dal rumore. Assolutamente soddisfatti!

Hotel nella media, un paio di cose da sistemare del tipo: Pulizia, ho lasciato una punta di dentifricio nel Lavandino per vedere se le pulizie erano accurate ed al mio ritorno c’era ancora. Nella colazione pinze insufficienti per mettere nel piatto la pietanza infatti con la stessa si prendevano più cose da vassoi diversi e inoltre portano a stento il rifornimento.

Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Nytt hotell med service-innstilte ansatte. Kort vei til strand, hvor hotellet har avtale med de som driver utleie av solsenger så der ligger man gratis. Veldig fine og moderne rom, og fikk vask når vi ønsket det. Sentralt, men ikke midt i bykaoset, perfekt! Frokostutvalget kunne vært noe mer variert, og putene litt mykere, men ut over det er det lite å klage på. Kommer gjerne tilbake! :)
