The bad experience is summed up in the quality of communication and rooms. We booked our room on the hotel website and although we were of local taxes, we we surprised at check-in that a refundable security deposit is a standard requirement! "The use of metro and other public transportation systems is very convenient and easy. The area also has a lot of dining options. Most of the people are tourists so language is not a problem as long as you know English. Only the breakfast was not that good as it was the same options of food every day. Sometimes at night it felt hot. All other aspects were extremely excellent."

"This hotel was great! Felt a little sketchy when we pulled up because driver couldn’t get to the front, but quick walk to the entrance. The staff and hotel were great. Very quick walk to the terminals over the bridge. Would definitely stay again."

"This is the second time we stayed in this property and exceeded our expectations. The children liked the table tennis area where they can play while unwinding from a hectic day. The area is very accessible and quiet and the staff are amazing and very accommodating. The location is excellent for commute and there are plenty of places to eat! One of our family’s favorite destinations so far!"
