"Very beautiful place, owner is very sweet! Parking was a bit annoying on and off as the restaurant also serves non staying guests. But we just would wait 20-30 min and would have an opening. Food was okay, but there was a good Italian pizza shop one or two minutes down from the road that was very good! "

"Lovely hotel, nicely located, luxurious and friendly staff. Most importantly, air conditioned rooms. The breakfast was good but unfortunately they had delicious selective options available that we didn’t know about until our last morning out of four we spent there. Aside from the breakfast buffet there was a piece of paper put on the table that we thought it was part of the table decoration. When we picked the paper on the last morning and flipped it open it had different breakfast offerings (fried eggs, omelets, etcs) that you could order from the kitchen. It was really delicious upon order. We wished they had mentioned this during their welcome every morning when they asked for our room number. I think I’m still coming back to this hotel."

"Lovely place and location. The lady who greeted us was very welcoming and friendly, and we were able to check in a couple of hours early, just having to wait a short while as they got it ready for us. I recommend spending the tiny bit extra for the balcony - it was nice sitting out there on a warm evening "

"I think I may have been the first person to stay in my suite! It was so clean and everything you could need in terms of kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. Really great location, incredible views, friendly staff, nice common area and parking. Would definitely stay again! "

"The front desk staff Tiara was extremely helpful. But, for all the 3 days we were there, there was no internet and it inconvenienced us a lot. The management should reimburse us back at least 20 percent of the tariff."

"Room was well maintained, breakfast spread was extensive, staff were top notch in terms of friendliness, sauna/infinity pool is incredible. Shuttle to/from train station on day of arrival/departure was convenient. Spiez is a wonderful little town. This is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we WILL definitely stay here again! "

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "
