The first floor features 2 bedrooms, one bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a double bed plus a set of bunk beds The second floor has a large living room, kitchen and dining room. On the same floor is one bedroom with queen size bed and bath. The third floor features the Master Suite with Master bath, queen size bed & full size futon. This home features plenty of upgrades, a rear sodded lawn, and also offers great sunset views from the decks. A great location to be able to walk to everything in town and also the 59th Street fishing pier and Play by the Bay playground and recreational fields.
