Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, a ceiling fan to circulate air, a full private bath with a beautiful, custom tile shower and direct access to the screened porch. Bedroom 2 also offers a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom, twin on top, and ceiling fan with a Smart TV for streaming with your Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Pool Access: Community Pool for Marsh Walk Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: A short walk or bike ride to the beach.

Pet Policy: ONE (1) small dog of 25 lbs. or less is permitted. Please indicate breed and size at the time of booking. Pet fee is a minimum of $250.

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of TWO (2) cars at this home and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Car passes are an additional $45 per car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
