Fue construido en el año pasado y tiene un dormitorio y un baño. Hay una cama de matrimonio con un armario, una cama futón por lo que la unidad puede mantener una familia de cuatro. Hay una lavadora y secadora establecer así y hemos proporcionado toallas, detergente para la ropa y jabón para lavar platos. The ADU should have its own internet service for a rental like this. The listing also has a pool mentioned, but when I asked about this, I was informed there is a YMCA with a pool a mile or two away. That is just straight up false advertising.The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking utilities, but the fridge ice maker was still broken as mentioned in a previous review. The couch and living room chairs were all quite uncomfortable. The bed wasn’t bad, and the pillows were comfy. Heated floors in the bathroom too were really nice to have.There was a fair amount of construction going on in the main unit, which happened on the weekends as well, and resulted in the water being shut off at least 4 separate times over the course of our stay with no notice beforehand. The shortcomings would have been dealbreakers and caused us to leave early had the hosts not been so communicative and gracious. I really appreciated that. However, the unit being advertised as newly built is no longer true and does need a few tweaks as mentioned. Either way, we appreciated having the place to stay and the location was very convenient for access to the light rail, stores, and i5. ##### Nate T. The hosts were friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns we had.My only real complaint is that the listing photo gives the impression that the entry is right off the driveway. The door that's shown is for a family business, and the entry to the rental is around back, up a flight of stairs. This space had all the amenities we needed and was cozy for us two. We had everything we needed to cook meals, and longer after long days of walking hiking and exploring Seattle. A bonus was that Trader Joe’s was within a mile so our first day we took a short LYFT ride over to grab groceries and snacks for our week stay. A huge plus is the accessibility to public transportation just download the transit go app! It was a relatively new property, with a well- equipped kitchen, nice bath and comfortable bed. The property is in a nice rural location, quiet and yet accessible to major thoroughfares. Unfortunately, a couple of downs vexed us; as is all too typical with these rentals, the tv access is Terrible, with absolutely no current programming. A total news blackout! Secondly, the most uncomfortable couch in all Seattle. Also, the steep entry staircase, which would be problematic for older folks, was not mentioned in the initial ad. All in all, we'd certainly stay here again and put up with the little issues! ##### John C. This place was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Our son was able to stop in & have dinner with us. The kitchen had what we needed & the dining table was big enough for everyone. Great location, amenities, close to I-5, and so many walkable trails nearby. Tesfaye and her family were wonderful hosts - I’d recommend this place to everyone. ##### Patrick H. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer/dryer were great to have. I worked remote and the wifi was very fast! I also enjoyed having access to Hulu and other stuff services. The host was very responsive to text messages. It was the perfect space for me. One thing to note is the unit I stayed in was on the second floor of a two story dwelling and at times during the day the lower level unit was occupied by the host’s friends and family members. The sounds of people talking and the tv were at times distracting. ##### Janet C. Full size kitchen was nice to prepare food. Loved having the extra apps for watching tv in the evening. The owners were excellent to work with and responded promptly to questions or concerns we had. Easy to work with. There was an issue with some of the bath towels but it was addressed. We do make trips up occasionally to visit family and will consider staying here again. ##### Cindy H.
