It is close enough to both Bentonville and Eureka Springs for easy day trips if you want to explore, but we mostly loved sitting by the fire and enjoying our family time. "We had a GREAT stay! We were looking for a home with privacy yet relatively quick access to Eureka Springs, Beaver Lake, and the Rogers/Bentonville area. It was exactly what we were looking for! The property and home were very well maintained, clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling out. The hot tub was amazing and the outdoor TV was a lovely perk! We stayed in late October so we didn't get to use the pool. Communication with Joey was easy and provided everything needed. "Huge house! So much space. We had 10 ladies and 2 teens that stayed for the weekend of War Eagle and there was plenty of space to sit around and visit and the 3 bathrooms was wonderful. Loved the back deck. A storm blew through so we were without power for several hours so that was a bummer but we made do and made memories. My only complaint would be, is that the beds in the entrainment room were not great for adults but the teens didn’t mind. Plenty of towels and the other beds were great! "
