The hotel is kept very clean and almost all staff are very friendly. The breakfast is limited to 2 sandwiches and other items such as cereal or danish. It would be great if there was a sit down breakfast available.

The hotel management can make this a great place to stay, during the remodeling, if they just take the time to ensure that any areas transited by guests are kept clear, clean and safe. Keep the fire escapes clear; clean up the mess, etc.

I am very familiar with the Selma area and I have booked hotels in the immediate area for the past several years. I only picked this hotel because the one I usually stay at was booked for this night. The Selma area is nice!
