"This is a cozy Bed & Breakfast. Was Greeted and all provisions and information was provided at that time. Communicated with us often as to our needs and super friendly. Breakfast was DELICIOUS!! The pool area was a great plus at this B&B. Canyon Lake is a favorite lake in the area!"

It's a short walk to great local restaurants, Brown Coffee absolutely won my heart and I wish there was one closer to me. The overall space was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The property managers (Matt and Dave) were very considerate and polite and were more than happy to answer any questions that arose. "Would not stay here again. I had to call Hotel.com and have them call the property manager for the code to the door since we never received it. There are 4 units and barely enough room to par two SMALL cars. I called property about an unknown car that was parked in front and we were told to find somewhere else to park on the same street. The bathroom only had two bath towel, two rags and one hand towels, not enough for a woman with long hair. They were also hammering going on in the unit next to...
