Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Moscari, in a quiet, sunny position, 24 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (6 x 4 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 25.Nov.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot. 700 m long bumpy, narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 1.6 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 3.8 km, bar 1.5 km, bicycle rental 3.8 km, 21 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 1.6 km, sandy beach "Port d'Alcúdia" 23.4 km.
