Villa Kita II is an ideal summerhouse base for your Seminyak trip. A gorgeous 3-bedroom villa that brings classic Bali tropical style to your vacation. Enjoy the beautiful lush garden, a big private swimming pool, a well-equipped kitchen with dining space, an open concept lounge, gazebo by the pool, all just steps away from Kayu Aya Beach.
You will find a serene and relaxing neighborhood. Unwind in the classic rustic Bali tropical-style villa and create lasting memories with loved ones.

Villa Kita 2 features 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
The bedrooms are spacious, neat, and uncluttered. With perfect natural sunlight facing the pool and green yard area, the best view to wake up to. Each room is equipped with AC, and provided with shower essentials and towels, and each bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

--The Open Floor Living--
The open-concept living connects the lounge area to the dining space to the kitchen, but in their own specific zones, and is exposed to the beautiful outdoor garden.
The kitchen is a well-equipped kitchen with essential cooking equipment and dining ware. The lounging area is perfect with a comfy setting for a place to gather. Complete with a smart TV and extra bean bags, a perfect spot for you to relax and enjoy a leisurely day with loved ones. Provided reliable Wi-Fi and a convenient island table overlooking the pool making it a work-friendly space

--The Outdoor Space--
The outdoor space is spacious and surrounded by tropical trees. With quiet surroundings and a perfect amount of sun exposure, this villa is a perfect choice if you’re traveling with friends or family and would love to enjoy a large outdoor space in peace. Jump in the pool, chill on the gazebo, or have a cute little garden picnic while the sun is out.

It has a free private parking space on-premise that can accommodate cars and motorbikes

-- Include housekeeping/cleaning service 6x a week
-- Fresh bedding/bed linen and towels at check-in
-- If you stay longer than 3 nights, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. If you require daily changes for sheets and towels, please be advised that there will be an additional charge for express laundry services.

Our villa embraces open spaces to seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoors, offering an authentic tropical summer experience. While this design enhances your stay, please be aware that insects and small animal (such as dragonflies, geckos, grasshoppers, etc.) are common in Bali.

-- There is an ongoing neighbor renovation project nearby. Depending on the specific activities taking place on any given day, while some days may involve minimal/non-disruptive finishing work, there may be occasions of work, such as drilling/hammering that result in audible noises reaching the villa.

Great stay in Seminyak

We had a great stay in Kita Villa 2. The house has a contemporary vibe. The villa has a very spacious layout. The two levels give you a lot of privacy. The open living room and kitchen looks out over the (big) pool and huge well maintained garden. The location is perfect: Away from busy area in a very quiet neighborhood. But close enough to walk in 10 minutes max to the beach and 5 minutes to the shopping area. The staff was professional and very friendly. We had some special requests and were helped immediately. All in all a 10 out of 10 place to stay!
