“The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around.”

“Hotel muito bonito, porém somente quando cheguei fui informada que minha cabana familia não poderia ser utilizada, dividindo assim meu grupo. Geralmente quando isso acontece é oferecido algo melhor mas nos foi oferecido 2 cabanas onde os chuveiros não eram bons, mas enfim foi tudo bom. A piscina poderia estar mais limpa. A jacuzzi sem condições de uso. Café da manhã muito bom.”

“The location was good, not too far out of town. Room had a nice view of lake Nahuel Huapi. The room was in the owners section of the building. As a result we could hear people talking loudly past midnight the three nights we stayed. I was woken up by people talking again starting at 6am while they set up breakfast. “The house that we rented was wonderful, especially the views. And since it was part of the hotel, we were able to use the sauna, pool, and we had access to the hotel restaurant.
