The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing nutritious meals throughout your stay, & location is ideal close to some of the area’s best farm stores to fulfill your grocery list & enjoy some delicious local eats: Nash’s Farm Store, Sunny Farms, Graysmarsh Farm, River Run Farm, & more. Outside you will find a private deck & picnic bench perfect for outdoor dining. Tranquil surroundings are sure to inspire creativity…Writers come finish or start your novel! No TV, but it won’t be missed with the abundance of local attractions, parks, & beaches to keep you busy discovering this beautiful area. Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.

*This is a pet friendly property; please inquire with weight, breed and training of your dog for consideration. Additional pet fee of $100 per booking will be requested at the time of booking. 2 dogs max. Our Pet policy will be required to be signed at the time of check in.

A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.

Check in is at 4:00PM and check out is 11:00AM.
