Poorly maintain property. 2 out of 3 water heater not working. Bed too thin. Insufficient blanket. Sofa in bad condition. Safety big concern. Back door grill door no pad lock. Kitchen door no knob. Have to devise own lock. Took very long time to respond to the WA mssg. Almost cancel. Regret didn’t.
