It consists of a bright living room with a sofa, LCD TV, adjoining terrace with table and garden chairs, electric awning, and storage room. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe, while the airy alcove has two bunk beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom (bathtub, sink) is separate from the toilet. A parking space is available at number 411 in this gated residence with a caretaker. The parking area is secured by an automatic gate. Pets are welcome: €30\. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details). OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €90, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week).
