"The plumbing was working but in poor condition. I have to turn on the toilet tank water valve myself to fill the tank. It was leaky and made noise once awhile. The shower control was also shaky. There was no Kleenex paper tissue available. The lights are bright with white light. There was no small lights available to turn on all night to provide some light in the room."

"The room was very nice, clean, and quiet. I liked the big lounge area and the tea/coffee bar. I needed to call in urgently before checkout time passed and I couldn't get back to the hotel but the phone system was down. Luckily they changed me to a late checkout once I arrived so I didn't have any issues getting my things out of the room. I also had technical issues getting the app to work but other that that and the phone system I'm very happy with my stay. "
