Modern Cottage near Nantes, Atlantic Coast & Puy du Fou — Ideal for Families with Scenic Pond & Terrace

On the Cholet/Nantes route, come and enjoy this modern and comfortable cottage, completely renovated in a converted barn. Your stay will be an opportunity to explore the many nearby points of interest! You'll be 1 hour from the Atlantic coast and its beaches, 15 minutes from Cholet (with its Ribou leisure park and large L'Autre Usine complex offering numerous activities such as karting, escape games, sports, etc.), 40 minutes from Nantes and its famous Machines de l'Île, 30 minutes from La Boissière du Doré Zoo, and 35 minutes from Puy du Fou. Not to mention the famous Hellfest festival in Clisson, which is just 25 minutes from the cottage! The accommodation, entirely on one level, consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto the dining area and living room, two bedrooms, one with a 160cm x 200cm bed and the other with two 90cm x 200cm beds, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and vanity, and a separate toilet. Outside, a large terrace accessible from the living room and the master bedroom allows you to enjoy your meals in the open air. For summer days, a barbecue is also available.

300 meters from the cottage is a small private pond ideal for fishing, relaxing, and barbecues (carp, roach, and pike...). A little further away is the "La Moine" river. Beautiful walks await!

The cottage, designed for 4 people, can accommodate 3 additional guests thanks to the sleeping area in the living room (sofa bed) and the trundle bed in the second bedroom. Reservations for more than 4 people are available upon request through the reservation center for an additional €50 per person per week.
The cottage is adjacent to another cottage that can accommodate 2 to 4 people (H49G015761 - La Pierre Bleue A). By renting both cottages, you can gather up to 11 people across the two cottages. The outdoor spaces remain well separated, private, and not overlooked. The same goes for the parking.

A washing machine is not private and is shared with the neighboring cottage in a laundry room adjacent to the cottages. A high chair and baby bed are available upon request.

Included in the rental price: electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi internet connection. For teleworkers, you can connect directly via Ethernet to enjoy a fast connection!

Cholet vaut le detour

Trois edifices religieux remarquables dans un mouchoir! Trois musées originaux! Un centre ville facile à garer. Et pas loin le parc oriental unique en europe. Bref la douceur angevine. ( et sans attraper une angevine de poitrine mon cher Boby)
