"Location is in the downtown, but you will feel like going to the countryside, esp. suitable for those who like garden styles. They have multiple buildings for accommodation, so it might be the case that you have to walk to the next building to access your room or to have the breakfast from the reception tower. Walking distance is much limited though, if not raining, it's good to take a bit fresh air there. Towels are not as good as the international 5-star hotel ones, but it's value for money....

"This is an excellent hotel. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit that was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washer and dryer brought great convenience to our family. The location is ideal—very convenient for shopping, taking the subway, or getting a taxi. It’s about a 20-minute walk to downtown, and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay."
