The public bath is always full and did not have a chance to experience the onsen bath. There is a lack of amenities (eg facial wash, lotion, cream) and only available upon request (but is understandable). Some guests were very loud and rude in public areas as if they own the hotel. Relatively near to the Beppu Station. Nice, spacious and comfortable for 5 of us. There were 3 double beds. Nice kitchenette and washing machine. Place was very clean and well maintained. Check in is only possible from 3pm via an iPad at entrance. Otherwise a fairly comfortable place for 2 ...
