Not for us . We didn't enjoy much . The selection of food was not much. The food was not fresh mixed with old one . Every lunch dinner we were preparing our table by ourselves. Snack time next to the toilet. The beach is far from hotel. Boring animations program in the evening. No thanks.

My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish restaurant, our friends had the same thing (the next day I came again and we were still given the option of an Italian restaurant). 4) on the third day of vacation, my husband woke up with food poisoning, and spent the remaining 4 days lying in the room with a temperature of 39 ° C and vomiting. We talked to many people in the hotel, and almost everyone had food poisoning with similar symptoms (this is at least 6 people). 5) Every evening until 11:30 pm there is very loud music playing, which prevents you from sleeping.

Temiz ve güzel

Giriş yaptığımız ilk iki gün çok sakindi. Çalışanlar hem ciddi hemde ilgiliydi. Çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. Daha sonra otel kalabalıklaştı. Çalışanlar yetişmekte zorlandı. Belki biraz daha personel alsalar iyi olur. Genel olarak otel temiz ve güzel. Ürünler kaliteli. Tek aksaklık minibar yokmuş gibi davranıyorlar hiç yenilenmedi zaten sadece su vardı. Giriş yaparken normalde oluyor ister misiniz dediler isteriz dedik ama yok. Otelin boş zamanında gitmenizi tavsiye ederim çalışanlar çayınızı kaç şekerli içtiğinizi bile öğrenip ona göre getiriyorlar. Sürekli masa örtüleri değiştirilip dezenfekte ediliyor. Temiz.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Es gibt viele verschiedene Aktivitäten am Pool wie auch am Strand. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Es gibt Dolmus Verbindungen direkt vor dem Hotel, damit können sie ohne Probleme in die Stadt Side - Antik Side und auch an andere Orte kommen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

The place was absolutely fantastic. We had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of things to do that wouldn’t make your stay boring. The facilities at the hotel made my holiday very relaxed and easy. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay at this place if I ever visit again.

Magnifique séjour

Magnifique hôtel, le personnel est extrêmement gentil surtout au restaurant. L’hotel est top tout est à disposition, la nourriture est excellente. J’y reviendrais et je le conseil vivement à tous le monde. Seul bémol c’est le ménage quotidien des chambres qui est très mal fait, nos toilettes n’ont pas été faites durant nos 12 jours de séjour... Autre inconvénient de l’hôtel c’est le surpeuplement des russes qui sont très irrespectueux et n’ont aucun savoir vivre et aucune humanité.. la plage est à 5min à pieds sinon une mini navette y emmène. Les boissons sont à volontés et les snacks sont ouvert jusque 16h. Les activités proposés à la piscine et à la plage sont diverses. Devant l’hôtel se trouve le terminus des bus qui emmènent’ dans les différentes villes autour de l'hôtel le prix est de 1€ le trajet mais mieux vaut payer en Lires ça revient moins cher.

Hotel ist top Modern und echt schön! Eher zum entspannen und chillen. Singles und alte sind gern gesehen, junge und Singles nicht empfehlenswert da ab 24 Uhr das Hotel wie ausgestorben ist. Mehr Programm wäre super und besser organisiert wie z.B.: Wasserball spiel ist zur selben Zeit wie Dart oder Luftgewehr schießen das ist blöd.

Tolles - neuwertiges und sehr modernes Hotel mit Desing und Ambiance. Kein klassisches Bild eines Massentourismus. Geringe Handseifen-Menge auf die Gemeinschaftstoilette und sehr wenige (nur eine pro Geschlecht) Ankleidekabine im türkischen Bad. Die Personal einschl. der Koch selber sollten getrennt von der Gäste ein Esstisch bekommen. Ab 24:00 Uhr ist die Getränke nur gegen Gebühr. Ab 18:00 Uhr ist der Getränkebar am Strand zu. Diese Zeiten sind relativ (unterdurchschnittlich) zu früh.

Preis war ok

Preis war für 5 Tage ok, aber sehr abgelegen. Ich bin mit meinem Neffen gereist und fand es schade, dass keine Details zur Dusche im Zimmer angegebenen wurden, es gibt nicht wirklich ein Badezimmer, die Dusche und der WC werden durch eine Milchglastür abgetrennt, (ähnelt einer Umkleidekabine) keine Möglichkeit sich mal umzuziehen man läuft sozusagen nackt ins Zimmer rein für nicht Paare absolut nicht geeignet. Ich hätte mir noch eine Steckdose am Waschbecken gewünscht um mein Föhn anzuschließen, Balkon ist sehr groß, Flussseite Top Aussicht. Abends schlafen trotz geschlossenem Fenster bis 24Uhr unmöglich, da jeden Abend sehr laute Musik war. Ich hätte mir ein gemischtes Publikum gewünscht, leider waren es 95% Russen. Das Essen war immer lecker. Personal freundlich. Genügend Liegen am Strand und Pool.

Tatilinizi burada hebâ etmeyin!

Otelin konumu ve binanın kendisi gayet güzel. Konaklamamız süresince bize geniş, ferah ve iyi dekore edilmiş bir oda tahsis edildi. Ancak bir tatilin gereklilikleri maalesef bunlarla sınırlı değil. Genel olarak hizmet vasatın altındaydı. Personel, profesyonel bir eğitim kesinlikle almamış. 5 yıldızlı bir otele uygun hitabet ve servis kesinlikle mevcut değildi. Aynı anda 6 adet bisküviyi vermekten imtinâ eden personelin bana hakaret etmiş olması zannediyorum bu durumu açıklıyor. Buradan otel yönetimi ve çalışanlarını gecelik otel ücreti ve bisküvinin kilo fiyatı arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendirmeye davet ediyorum. Hala bu kadar cimri davranılacaksa herşey dahil denmesin, 6 adet bisküvi ne kadar tutuyorsa parasını verip alabilelim. Kimse böyle saçma davranışlara maruz kalmak için bu konseptte bir tatil tercih etmiyor. Yemeklere gelecek olursak, bisküvi ile karnımızı doyurmaya çalışmamızı açıkladığını zannediyorum. Hepsi yenmeyecek kadar kötü. Kalitesiz malzemelerle yanlış yapılmış yemekler günlerce ısıtılıp servis edilebiliyor. Hadi ona neyse diyelim, ama kahvaltı saatindeki çayın zift gibi ve içilemeyecek kadar tiksinç olmasının hiçbir açıklaması olamaz. Açıkbüfenin yanısıra alacarte restoran da başka bir faciaydı. Alacarte özeti, tüketimi mümkün olmayan nesneler tabaklarla servis edildi. Sözün özü, bir daha asla!
