you have full access to the lower leavel of home including garage and backyard Dock is being rebuilt so for now its off limits.

There is a mother-in-law suite located upstairs, completely separate from the main home with its own private entrance on the right side. The guest don't have access to main house or backyard area.

Excellent layout, great location, wonderful property

Check in was seamless. Once we entered the home, the layout was absolutely perfect. The kitchen and overall styling of the home was beautiful. It has everything that you need, all the basic necessities. The home was clean, modern, yet comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi, cornhole boards & games made the stay great. It's on the Sea Breeze Trolley path, so a wave is all you need to get from one side of the island to the other, or beach hop between them. Thank you Maria for a great stay.
