The whole group will enjoy the easy walking access to everything Siesta Key has to offer, from its iconic beach to its vibrant restaurants and shops. Or just relax at home with a game of ping pong, a swim in the private heated pool, and outdoor dining that’s perfect for everyone.

Two independent units, one seamless group experience. Each side of the duplex has its own private entrance, its own full kitchen, and its own living area - no shared interior corridors, no bottlenecks at the coffee maker. Six bedrooms and four full bathrooms spread across the upper level, giving a group this size the room to move at its own pace.

Sleeping arrangements
All six bedrooms sit upstairs, removed from the activity below. Two rooms are furnished with king beds. Additional bedrooms offer queen beds, and select rooms feature two queen beds with ensuite bath access. Two sofa beds provide extra sleeping flexibility for larger groups. Every bedroom has its own TV, and several open directly onto screened balconies - a quiet spot before the rest of the group is up.

Kitchen & dining
Two fully equipped kitchens mean meals happen on your timeline. Each one comes stocked with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, baking sheet, and a full set of dishes, cookware, and barbecue utensils. Dining tables in each unit keep in-home meals easy whether you're feeding four or the whole party.

Living spaces
Multiple Smart TVs across both sides of the home make winding down easy on any evening. A dedicated workspace keeps longer stays on track, and washers and dryers on both sides mean an extended trip never runs out of clean clothes. Extra pillows, blankets, and ample clothing storage keep things organized across the full group.

Outdoor living
The private heated pool - open 24 hours, available year-round - is where the group tends to land. Sun loungers line the deck for slow afternoons, and the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area make evenings easy and open-air. A putting green is fun for all ages, and the outdoor shower is ready whenever the group comes back from the beach. Patio and balcony areas give everyone additional room to spread out, eat outside, or simply sit and relax.

Siesta Key Beach is a short walk from the front door, and the Village is right there for browsing, dining, and evening plans. Bikes are on hand for exploring the island, and a kayak is ready for time on the water. Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are included so your group arrives prepared. Five free driveway parking spaces take care of the whole convoy, and a smart lock makes self check-in straightforward from the moment you arrive.

Siesta Sea Life is pet-friendly and available for long-term stays of 28 days or more. Cleaning is available during your stay. An exterior security camera monitors the front door only. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place. A crib, pack 'n play, and booster seat are available for families traveling with little ones.
