The location is good close to Senggigi Beach and other popular beaches. The restaurant and breakfast are good. But the condition of the property is below what I was expecting. The lights in the room half working, the sliding window to the private pool not fully closing letting bugs come through, the plugs in the room half way screwed into the walls, the walls showing signs of humidity everywhere.... A bit of repairs needed for this hotel.

The resort grounds are spacious and well maintained. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants. The resort is surrounded by water 270 degrees and has spectacular sunset views. The staff are friendly are always focussed on your enjoyment. The pool villa pool was excellent.

Our stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens was nothing short of exceptional. This resort strikes the perfect balance between quaint charm and luxurious comfort. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene beach sunset views, everything felt perfectly curated to create a peaceful and indulgent escape. I would highly recommend Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens to anyone looking for a relaxing and refined retreat.

Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here.
