"The property itself was perfect. The kitchen was not stocked well. No oven mitts, no casserole dishes. I do cook when we do this annual trip so breakfast casseroles we a no even though I brought the ingredients. Perfect beach location and community!!"

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect for my wife, my son, and I. The house was immaculately clean and well-appointed, and as a rarity on the island, not too big. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the short 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and from there a short 20 minute stroll to the jetty or the pool. (or a two-minute car ride). The beach chairs and the beach cart were a huge bonus. Thank you, we plan to be back!"

"I will start with the positives -- which were numerous -- the house is gorgeous and well appointed. The elevator was a big help -- in arriving and packing up, as well as for more mature guests who had a challenge with the stairs. The location is great -- right on the beach, which is a quick walk away. We received great check-in information and it went off without a hitch. The kitchen facilities were great -- everything we needed was there except for the food. There was a wine/beverage frig in the same area and a mini frig on the top floor in the separate living area. "

"Excellent bay front location in St. George Island Plantation. House is set back in the pines, in a very tranquil setting, with great separation from the neighbors and bay views through the trees. Check in at the management office was friendly and quick. The house was clean and comfortable for my family of 6, with three large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped for cooking meals, and dining areas at the table and kitchen island accommodated everyone. The WiFi was fast and reliable, allowing for streaming movies through the smart TVs. The Gulf-side beach is a short walk across the street, or a quick bike or drive to the parking for the beach and jetty at Sikes cut. Out back of the house, it’s a short walk down the path to the bayside dock, where you can fish or check out the wildlife in and out of the water. We saw plenty of fish, crabs, ospreys, and even dolphins cruising in and around the docks. It’s also a great place to launch kayaks or canoes. Also, great sunset views from the dock or from the upper deck of the house. One word of caution - there are no side rails on the dock, so be careful with young kids - and the bench at the end had some loose boards, but I still enjoyed sitting there. Overall, the house, location on SGI, and setting was perfect for us, and seemed a good value as compared to other options in the area. We would not hesitate to stay here again!"
